 Alexanders Saab is top of the classLocal car dealer Alexanders Saab is celebrating after winning the coveted Saab Great Britain Regional Dealer of the Year Award in recognition of its exceptional performance in 2009. The dealership was one of only five dealers in the UK to win the accolade which is awarded to the best performing sites in each of the five Saab Dealer Network regions. The Saab Dealer Network is assessed on a wide range of criteria including sales performance, customer care and staff training. These results are then studied and used to identify areas in which levels of sales service can be improved in each dealership. Alexanders Saab achieved the highest score of all dealerships in its region, comprising the Scotland, Northern Ireland and the North of England, excelling in each assessment set by Saab Great Britain in 2009. This year's award will be added to Alexander's growing collection as it will be their eighth Regional Dealer of the Year Award to date in addition to the National Dealer of the Year Award which they have scooped three times already.
